So we have developed our TMB - IT Manager solution to constantly maintain proactive remote surveillance of your entire IT infrastructure looking for these threats and if found immediately advising our support team, who then take corrective action. This action includes:
- Ensuring all systems are at the latest patch level and malware protection is in operation. These can be remotely updated by our support team as soon as patches are released to stop so called zero day exploits when malicious attacks are launched on the day of patch release before most hotels have had time to perform the patch updates.
- Watching for any performance changes that could indicate imminent hardware failure. Our support engineers can then be dispatched with the correct components to proactively replace.
- Examining system memory for rogue processes that are affecting performance and terminate them. Theses process will then be thoroughly investigated to ensure that the problems do not reoccur.
- Highlighting unexpected connections that then can be verified and then authorised if appropriate.
- Confirming that backups have been successfully completed and taking action is they have not.
