Our Services Include:
Broadband
TMB offers ADSL Max and ADSL Max Premium services, which deliver up to 20Mbps download speeds. The benefits of our service include:
- We only serve businesses and so do not suffer from chronic downloaders.
- Our network is uncongested and therefore ideal for applications like voice and video.
- We have lower contention rates (2.5 not 20 and 5 not 50). This means customers have more available bandwidth.
- Our lead-times are predictable and faults handled quickly.
- We can offer QoS (Quality of Service) so that customers can prioritise latency-intolerant (e.g Voice) applications.
TMB guarantees that, providing you don’t have DACS on your line and there is capacity at the BT exchange, your broadband service will be installed and working within 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays). If we fail to meet this commitment we will refund your connection charge in full.
Leased Lines
TMB partners with BTnet to provide fixed Internet access services to Corporate, Government and small business customers in the UK with port and access bandwidths ranging from 64Kbps to Gigabits per second.
The BTnet service is delivered using a high speed, highly resilient, ATM switching platform, which is used to support a range of data services, including CellStream and over 5 million Broadband circuits, and provides BTnet with over 118 access nodes nation-wide.
BTnet uses the Colossus Network as the IP Core within the UK. The Colossus Network has a dual multi-gigabit network connecting the core routers. This network enjoys triangulated resilient links to provide maximum resilience to our customers.
Colossus is connected to multiple UK ISP peers and via BT’s European Internet backbone to ISPs & customers around the world. These connections are carrying ten of Gigabits of traffic every second and have built in resilience

Our standard Email Hosting Account (MailHost) includes the following features:

- Web Based Access to Email (POP3 only)
- Quad Virus Scan inbound and outbound e-mail

Hosting
TMB can host your domain names and websites. We can register nearly all domain name types available in the UK.

Once you have your domain name you will need it hosted. TMB have a package for basic hosting including DNS hosting with user administration through our customer control centre and web/email forwarding. If you want to host your website, TMB has two platform options, Windows and Linux:
